Job Title- Telecalling Executive – Loan Recovery

Job Summary-

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to recover overdue loan payments through outbound calls.

The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills while maintaining professionalism and complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan accounts.
• Remind customers about pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
• Negotiate payment commitments and recovery schedules.
• Resolve customer queries related to loan payments.
• Update call records and payment commitments in the CRM/system.
• Follow up regularly until payment is received.
• Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company recovery policies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented attitude.

Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

• Any stream can apply.
• Experience & Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, BPO, or loan recovery will be preferred.
