Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Broadband Sales (Telecalling)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive to sell broadband internet services through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining plans, and closing sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential retail customers.
- Explain broadband plans, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM data.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the installation team after closing the sale.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Telecalling / Telesales experience preferred (Telecom / Broadband / DTH / Insurance).
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
