• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand students' educational requirements and suggest suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in admission counseling, education sales, or telecalling will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
