Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Telecalling Sales Executive to join V S Fashion (DESUKA) at our Gandhi Nagar office. You will be responsible for connecting with wholesale buyers and retailers across India to promote our apparel brand and convert inquiries into orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential B2B clients (wholesalers/retailers) from our database.
• Sales Conversion: Explain product features, fabric quality, and wholesale pricing to close sales deals.
• Client Relationship: Maintain long-term relationships with shopkeepers and distributors to ensure repeat business.
• Order Management: Share product catalogs via WhatsApp/Email and coordinate with the dispatch team for order fulfillment.
• Reporting: Update daily call logs and maintain a pipeline of interested leads in our system.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales (Experience in the garment/textile industry is a huge plus).
• Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with excellent communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi; basic English is preferred for professional messaging.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle rejection, and basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Excel.
• Location: Must be able to commute to Gandhi Nagar / Krishna Nagar, East Delhi.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Incentives: High-performance-based monthly commissions (Target-based).
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
