Job Description

Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-in visits.


- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones, Rudraksha, spiritual items, and gemstone jewellery.


- Explain the astrological benefits, quality, origin, certification, and pricing of products.


- Coordinate with astrologers for customer consultations whenever required.


- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.


- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.


- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales software.


- Process orders, coordinate payments, and ensure timely delivery.


- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.


- Stay updated on gemstone knowledge, astrology basics, and new product launches.


- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support professionally.
