 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karol Bagh for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting company products. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing customer support and attending product training sessions to stay updated with the latest offerings.

 Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Support skills for effectively understanding and addressing client needs

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships

Proven Sales experience and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Capacity to participate in and benefit from Training sessions on products and sales techniques

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Basic knowledge of iPhone cells and batteries is a plus

Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
