Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Prior telesales experience is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

कार्य का विवरण:
हम एक उत्साही और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख टेली सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को फोन के माध्यम से ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना, कंपनी के उत्पाद/सेवाओं की जानकारी देना और बिक्री पूरी करना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- संभावित और मौजूदा ग्राहकों को कॉल करना
- उत्पाद/सेवाओं के बारे में सही जानकारी देना
- ग्राहकों के सवालों और आपत्तियों का समाधान करना
- ग्राहक डेटा को अपडेट करना (CRM)
- दैनिक/साप्ताहिक/मासिक टारगेट पूरा करना
- लीड्स पर फॉलो-अप करना और उन्हें ग्राहक में बदलना
- ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना
योग्यता:
- न्यूनतम 12वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट को प्राथमिकता
- हिंदी में अच्छी और अंग्रेज़ी की बेसिक समझ
- टेली सेल्स का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर
- कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान
- आत्मविश्वासी और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख व्यक्तित्व
