Job Description

A Telesales Representative drives revenue by initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales to meet targets. They work in fast-paced, target-driven office environments using telephone systems and CRM software to manage leads, handle objections, and build customer rapport.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Conducting cold calls, identifying customer needs, and delivering persuasive pitches to generate leads and close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients, addressing inquiries, and handling objections to secure purchases.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintaining and updating customer information, interaction records, and transaction details in a CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively upsell or cross-sell.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently working toward meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
