Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing loan department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through loan products, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and references
- Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, etc.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (loan/financial sector preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
