Job Title: Telesales – Lead Generation Executive Location: Janakpuri East, Delhi
Job Type: Work From Office
Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for Lead Generation process. The role involves connecting with customers who are interested in selling their cars and generating qualified leads for the Cars24 campaign.
- Responsibilities: Call customers and explain the car selling process.
- Generate leads from provided data.
- Convince customers to book car inspection appointments.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.
- Update lead status and customer details in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Confident and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
