Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Education Sales Executive responsible for converting student enquiries into enrolments for online tuition classes. The role focuses on counselling and guiding students/parents toward the right tutoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from students and parents for online tuition classes
- Understand student requirements (class, subject, board, learning needs)
- Counsel parents and students on suitable tuition plans and teacher matching
- Convert enquiries into successful enrolments
- Build trust and guide parents/students through the decision-making process
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate data in CRM/LMS systems
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable tuition solutions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
