Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive for our interior design business. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, converting leads into clients, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the sales process to generate business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for client inquiries and lead generation
• Convert leads into confirmed interior projects
• Explain company services (interior design, furniture, turnkey solutions) clearly to clients
• Maintain proper follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp & emails
• Coordinate with design team & site team for client requirements
• Manage and communicate with vendors & suppliers for project execution
• Schedule client meetings / site visits
• Maintain daily call reports, lead status & CRM updates
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Good knowledge of interior design services (basic understanding)
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Email handling
• Multi-tasking & coordination skills
• Additional Requirements:Comfortable working in an office environment
• Ability to manage vendor coordination & follow-ups
• Target-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
