Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring a high-energy, aggressive telesales executive who thinks like an owner and drives revenue daily. This role is for someone who takes initiative, experiments, and pushes sales — not someone waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily sales via outbound & inbound calls
- Re-engage existing customers to boost repeat orders
- Generate and convert new leads aggressively
- Upsell & cross-sell (combos, add-ons, high-value items)
- Take and act on customer feedback
- Track performance and hit daily/weekly targets
- Suggest and execute new sales strategies
- Coordinate with kitchen/ops for better customer experience
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales / customer calling
- Strong preference for hospitality / restaurant / QSR / cloud kitchen background
- Freshers with high sales hunger & communication skills can be considered
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets preferred
Education:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred, not mandatory)
- Sales/marketing certifications are a plus
- We value attitude, execution, and communication over degrees
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Ownership mindset (treats business like their own)
- Action-taker, not passive
- Comfortable in target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours (peak food hours priority)
- Open to testing new ideas and improving continuously
KPIs (Performance Metrics):
- Daily revenue generated
- Conversion rate (%)
- Repeat customer rate
- Average order value (AOV)
- Customer feedback score
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Can create call scripts, offers, and campaigns
- Understands customer psychology in food ordering
- Able to turn insights into growth actions
