Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients, agents, and partners to promote a wide range of insurance products, including Health, Life, Motor, General, and Group Insurance.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, relationship building, and policy closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to drive repeat business and referral opportunities.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining high conversion rates.
