Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell the company's products.
● Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting leads into
sales.
● Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products
based on their needs.
● Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, features, and benefits.
● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
● Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
● Maintain accurate records of customers in the internal CRM/ database.
● Stay updated on product offerings.
● Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales, demonstrating a
commitment to performance excellence
