Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Telecalling & Patient InteractionHandle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries related to prosthetic and orthotic services.
  • Explain treatment options, services, and appointment procedures in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up with potential patients.
  • Build trust with patients and caregivers through professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
  • Lead Conversion (Performance Marketing Support)Follow up on leads generated through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and website inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into clinic visits or consultations.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Ensure timely response to all digital leads (within defined TAT).
  • Coordination & ReportingWork closely with the marketing and clinic team for appointment management.
  • Share daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Track lead status from inquiry to final conversion.
  • Key Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (local language is a plus).
  • Polite, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion.
  • Familiarity with handling digital leads (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication).
  • Ability to handle sensitive healthcare conversations professionally.
