Job Description: Client Service Executive – ExhibitionJob Title: Client Service Executive

Department: Client Servicing / Operations

Location: Urbtech Trade Center Sector 132 Noida

Experience: 6 months–3 years (preferred in exhibitions, events, BTL, or advertising)

Role Overview


We’re looking for someone who can own client relationships end-to-end—from understanding briefs to ensuring smooth execution on ground.

This role is not just coordination—you should be able to communicate clearly, manage pressure, and keep projects moving.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs
  • Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects (tight exhibition timelines)
  • Share structured updates with clients (progress, next steps, challenges)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
  • Handle last-minute changes and on-ground issues calmly
  • Support budget tracking, costing, and invoicing coordination
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written; clear, structured, confident)

  • Basic commercial understanding (budgets, costing, margins)

Tools & SystemsMust-Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong data management & documentation skills
  • Confident using Email & WhatsApp for client communication
  • Ability to manage trackers, timelines, and project updates systematically


Good-to-Have (Adds Advantage)


  • Experience with project management tools (Asana / Trello / ClickUp / Monday.com)
  • Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with Slack / Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with structured file management systems (Google Drive / Dropbox)
  • Basic knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides for client decks)

Experience Required

  • 1–5+ years in client servicing / account management
  • Preferably from exhibitions, events, activations, or design agencies
  • Good to HaveExperience in stall design / exhibition projects
  • Exposure to vendor coordination / on-site execution
  • Understanding of production workflows
