Job Title: Sales Executive (Work from Home – Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our remote team. As part of our outbound calling process, you will promote loan and credit card services on behalf of leading banks, handle customer queries, and ensure successful conversions.

This is a performance-based opportunity with salary brackets ranging from ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on your performance and target achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan and credit card services.

Promote financial products and services as per company guidelines.

Build and maintain a strong rapport with existing and new customers for effective relationship management.

Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and loan files to ensure timely closure.

Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and customer data records.

Work closely with the sales and support teams to maximize conversions.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass, Graduates, or students pursuing graduation are eligible.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (fluency required).

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO outbound process preferred but not mandatory.

Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.

Ability to work independently from home with discipline and commitment.

Basic knowledge of financial services (loans/credit cards) is a plus.
