Job Description
Telecalling Sales Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer data
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of leads
🔹 Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
