Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage government and private tender processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the GEM portal and a strong understanding of tender documentation, bidding strategies, and compliance requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of tender submissions on GEM portal and other platforms
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents within deadlines
• Coordinating with internal teams for technical and financial inputs
• Monitoring tender opportunities and ensuring timely participation
• Maintaining accurate records of bids, contracts, and correspondence
• Must-Have RequirementsProficiency in GEM portal operations (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and government procurement policies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• Prior experience in tender management for real estate, construction, or allied industries
