a. Handling a Team of financial advisors.
b. Recruitment of your team from different sources
c. With the help of seniors, providing them training with regards to various products and investment plans of the company.
d. Coordinating and planning with them at every stage to enhance the business of the company.
e. Generate business from them.
f. Visiting customers along with team.
g. Understanding the need of the client/customer and providing information about the product which is suitable for him/her.
h. Your team will be off roll and commission based but you will be on rolls of the company...
