🔹 1. Site Engineer (Civil Construction)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction site activities, ensure quality standards, and meet project deadlines.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations
• Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Maintain and enforce site safety standards
• Monitor material usage and inventory
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants.

🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 1–5 years of site experience

🛠️ Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant software 

🔹 2. Field Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet clients, and fix meetings through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit builders, architects, contractors & developers daily
2. Generate new leads and collect client details
3. Fix meetings for senior sales team
4. Maintain daily visit & lead reports

Skills Required:

1. Strong communication (Hindi + basic English)
2. Confident personality & presentable
3. Target-oriented mindset
4. Ability to handle rejection.

Requirements:

1. Two-wheeler & driving license (preferred)
2. Smartphone (WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.)
