Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented professional who can handle both video editing and graphic design responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, social media creatives, and AI-generated visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

The candidate must stay updated with the latest content trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms and be able to convert ideas into compelling visual stories.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo EditingCreate and edit engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Develop innovative reel concepts and content ideas based on current market trends.
• Add professional transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and music synchronization.
• Create high-retention video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Produce motion graphics and animated content for marketing campaigns.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising requirements.
• Graphic DesignDesign social media posts, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, presentations, and branding materials.
• Create visually appealing marketing graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop graphics for digital advertising campaigns and website promotions.
• Design engaging visual content that improves audience engagement and conversions.
• AI-Based Content CreationUse AI tools to generate graphics, videos, animations, and creative assets.
• Leverage AI-powered design and video generation tools to improve productivity and creativity.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and implement them effectively in content production workflows.
• Generate creative concepts and visual assets using AI while maintaining professional quality standards.
• Content Research & Trend AnalysisMonitor trending content formats, editing styles, and viral concepts.
• Research competitors and industry leaders to identify new creative opportunities.
• Suggest innovative content ideas that can increase engagement and reach.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMust HaveMinimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, and graphic design work.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Software ExpertiseAdobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Media Encoder
• Other professional video editing and design tools
• AI Tools ExperienceExperience using AI-powered graphic and video creation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted image generation, video generation, and content creation workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into professional production processes.
• Additional SkillsStrong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
