Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices, bills, and receipts to clients or customers for services rendered or products sold.
- Payment Tracking & Collection: Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and send timely payment reminders.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, handle customer inquiries, and manage payment disputes effectively.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain organized, up-to-date documentation of all billing transactions.
