Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of plant machinery to minimize production downtime.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance of machinery
• Identify and resolve mechanical breakdowns
• Repair and maintenance of CO2 Welding Machines
• Repair and troubleshooting of Crane / EOT Crane machines
• Maintenance and servicing of Power Press machines
• Handle machine breakdown activities independently
• Ensure minimum downtime in production
• Maintain daily maintenance records
• Inspect machines and identify potential issues
• Follow safety rules and company policies
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
• Skills Required:Knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machines
• Experience in CO2 welding machine repair
• Knowledge of Crane / EOT Crane maintenance
• Power Press machine maintenance knowledge
• Troubleshooting and breakdown handling skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance
• Teamwork and coordination ability
• Basic communication skills
• Preferred Candidate:Candidate should have experience in manufacturing industry
• Able to work under pressure during machine breakdowns
• Immediate joiner will be preferred
