Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations in our spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of yarn to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal departments and transport providers.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule dispatches based on production output and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Sales teams to ensure order readiness.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of yarn as per customer specifications.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, delivery challans, and lorry receipts.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate dispatch status and delivery updates to customers and management.
• Handle dispatch-related issues including shortages, delays, damages, and transportation concerns.
• Maintain dispatch registers, records, and daily reports.
• Monitor freight expenses and support cost-optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and transportation requirements.
• Coordinate export dispatch documentation and logistics activities when required.
• Supervise dispatch staff and ensure efficient workflow within the department.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and transportation operations.
• Familiarity with yarn counts, bale packing standards, and textile industry practices.
• Good understanding of GST, e-way bills, transport documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with ERP software, SAP, Tally, or similar systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 5–10 years of dispatch/logistics experience in a spinning mill or textile manufacturing unit.
• Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
