Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily service operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, leading the service team, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily service operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor service quality and maintain company standards.
- Schedule and coordinate service activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Maintain service records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
