Job Description
Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Belur,Dharwad
Department: MIS / Operations / Accounts
Reports To: MIS Manager / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and systems
- Analyze data and generate meaningful insights
- Create dashboards and reports for management review
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report deviations
- Prepare and design monthly brochures using company data and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for brochure content and accuracy
- Automate reports where possible to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Science / Any stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management (freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Canva or similar tools (for brochure preparation)
- Good communication skills
