Job Description
Role Overview:
The Project Manager (ASM) Male will be responsible for end-to-end management of field operations. The role involves leading field teams, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting project targets, and maintaining strong coordination with client and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field operations across assigned project locations to ensure timely execution.
- Plan and allocate tasks and targets to Team Leaders and Field Executives.
- Supervise and drive performance of Team Leaders and field staff (FSEs).
- Conduct daily briefings, reviews, and performance evaluations with Team Leaders.
- Provide training, guidance, and on-ground problem-solving support to teams.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational efficiency of field teams.
- Track and ensure daily survey progress and target achievement.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Handle field-level escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, government departments, Police, Local Politicians and local authorities.
- Ensure clear communication flow between management and field teams.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in any field operations management, GIS/Survey projects will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage large field teams.
- Good understanding of government project execution and coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in reporting and MIS preparation.
