Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Building trust and rapport with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones to ensure retention.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering tailored product or service demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Managing the entire sales cycle, negotiating contract terms, pricing, and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conducting research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, tracking sales progress, and creating forecasting reports. LinkedIn +7
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate contracts and influence buying decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilience & Motivation: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Taggd +4
