Job Description
Kanoka Village Resort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and food & beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, manage staff performance, and drive revenue growth while controlling operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:-
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and dining outlets.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Team Management:-
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and grooming standards.
Guest Relations:-
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Financial & Inventory Control:-
- Monitor daily sales and revenue performance.
- Control food and beverage costs and minimize wastage.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
- Verify daily bills, cash collections, and POS reports.
Compliance & Hygiene:-
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all company SOPs and statutory regulations.
Preferred Skills:-
- Resort or hotel restaurant experience.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Revenue generation and cost-control expertise.
- Event and banquet operation management experience.
