Restaurant Manager

Kanoka Village Resort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and food & beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, manage staff performance, and drive revenue growth while controlling operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:-

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and dining outlets.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Team Management:-

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and grooming standards.

Guest Relations:-

• Welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

Financial & Inventory Control:-

• Monitor daily sales and revenue performance.
• Control food and beverage costs and minimize wastage.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
• Verify daily bills, cash collections, and POS reports.

Compliance & Hygiene:-

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant facilities.
• Ensure adherence to all company SOPs and statutory regulations.

Preferred Skills:-

• Resort or hotel restaurant experience.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Revenue generation and cost-control expertise.
• Event and banquet operation management experience.
