Role Summary

Responsible for handling finished goods operations including receipt, SAP transactions, dispatch (domestic & export), inventory management, and documentation while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFG Receipt & SAP OperationsReceive finished goods from packaging department on a daily basis
• Perform GRN entry in SAP after verifying with physical stock
• Dispatch ManagementExecute domestic and export dispatches as per packing list
• Generate and print barcodes and shipping marks for consignments
• Execute purchase orders (POs) as per dispatch plan
• Export CompliancePlace data loggers in export consignments
• Complete required documentation as per SOP and regulatory requirements
• Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate finished goods inventory
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Documentation & ComplianceMaintain all FG warehouse documents as per SOP
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Skills & CompetenciesHands-on experience in SAP (GRN, inventory, dispatch)
• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• Understanding of export documentation
• Good coordination and execution skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience & Qualification2–5 years of experience in warehouse / dispatch / FG operations
• Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
• Experience in pharma / manufacturing industry preferred
