CRM Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring for a CRM Specialist – Zoho CRM for its Bengaluru office. The candidate will manage the Zoho CRM system end-to-end, maintain accurate client and project records, configure workflows and dashboards, and support client communication and sales coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Zoho CRM on a daily basis and maintain complete data accuracy
• Upload and update client records, leads, project data, and communication history
• Configure CRM workflows, automation rules, pipelines, custom fields, and dashboards
• Interact with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Support lead follow-ups, qualification, and coordination with sales/project teams
• Generate CRM reports on leads, client activity, project milestones, and sales pipeline
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records and resolve data issues
• Coordinate with project managers and leadership to keep CRM data updated

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience
• Strong knowledge of workflows, pipelines, dashboards, reporting, and automation
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Good data management discipline and attention to detail
• Experience in real estate/construction is preferred but not mandatory
