Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Support Manager, based in Dodda Ballapur. The role involves managing customer inquiries to ensure superior customer experiences, analyzing client requirements, resolving issues related to products or services, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. The Customer Sales Support Manager will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients and contributing to continuous process improvement for optimized client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Strong Customer Service skills for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring successful client interactions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvements.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant experience in a similar customer-facing managerial role, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector.
