Job Description
Customer Service: Greet guests politely, take orders accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
Order Handling: Communicate customer orders clearly to the kitchen staff and serve food and beverages promptly.
Table Maintenance: Keep tables, chairs, and surrounding areas clean and well-arranged before and after customers dine.
Food Presentation: Serve dishes neatly and ensure correct portions as per the menu.
Billing & Payment: Provide bills to customers, handle cash or digital payments accurately.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about all food items, daily specials, and ingredients to answer guest queries confidently.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Follow all hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant policy.
Team Coordination: Work closely with kitchen staff, captain, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Customer Feedback: Listen to guests’ feedback and report any complaints or suggestions to the captain or manager.
Other Duties: Assist in restocking supplies, setting up dining areas, and supporting overall dhaba operations when needed.
