Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. The candidate should have good organizational skills and knowledge of accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration work
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic accounting entries
  • Coordinate with Managers, Team Leaders and internal team
  • Support senior staff in administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally/Excel preferred)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in admin/accounts role is a plus
