Job Description
We need Society Manager for our cooperative society sites. Experienced candidates are preferable for this job.
Managing day to day societies functions like Utilities payments, Conducting Managing Committee and General Members meetings and preparing draft of minutes, attending members complaints and resolved it, managing vendors, preparation of letters and NOC as per requirement etc.
Knowledge of computer, printer and scanner, word, excel and internet surfing, mobile apps is required.
Society Manager should have experience in this area 1 year. Knowledge of Statutory registers is required.
English should be good level both writing and speaking. Society Manager should be willing to travel withing Navi Mumbai region.
Salary will be decided based on the experience and reaching to expectation level. Knowledge accounts and billing would be appreciable.
Interested candidate can be apply because we are short listing the candidates. Need for full time i.e. 8 hrs. per day and week off can be taken in weekdays.
