Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely repayment.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of collection visits and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for account updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.
