Apex Global Services (Authorized Channel Partner of IndiaMART) is Hiring in Durgapur, West Bengal!

IndiaMART is India’s largest online B2B marketplace, connecting buyers with suppliers. The company’s mission is to make doing business easier by providing a platform where businesses can expand their reach, find reliable buyers and suppliers, and grow faster.

Position: 1. Business Development Associate min experience 1 to 2 years preferred

Position 2. Team leader (Client Acquisition ) min experience 2 to 4 years

Department: Sales and Business development

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new business partners, sellers, and vendors to the IndiaMART platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions via IndiaMART services.

Educate clients about subscription plans, paid services, and benefits of upgrading.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Ability to understand business requirements and map them with IndiaMART’s solutions.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development.

Familiarity with digital platforms and online B2B/B2C marketplaces is an advantage.

Ability to work 6days in week
