  • Key Responsibilities
  • Office management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Scheduling & coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff or executives.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records/files.
  • Communication: Handle emails, calls, and internal/external correspondence.
  • Data management: Update databases, track records, and ensure information accuracy.
  • Support to management: Assist managers or senior executives with daily tasks and projects.
  • Vendor coordination: Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and clients.
