Job Description
A Branch Manager in a CCTV distribution firm is typically the head of a regional branch who oversees all operations, sales, and team performance to ensure profitability and service quality in the surveillance and security‑products market.
Key roles and responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations, including inward and outward logistics, inventory control, and dispatch of CCTV cameras, DVRs, accessories, and related hardware.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets by coordinating with dealers, installers, system integrators, and corporate clients.
• Supervise and coach the branch team (sales executives, tele‑callers, warehouse staff, service engineers) and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (distributors, dealers, OEMs) and ensure timely stock availability and scheme compliance.
• Monitor working capital, manage stock in trade, control expenses, and prepare P&L‑related reports for the head office
• Handle customer complaints, escalation cases, and on‑site coordination for high‑value CCTV projects or service calls.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, basic security norms, and documentation (invoices, guarantee copies, site reports, etc.).
