Business Development Executive (BDE)

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and company growth.

Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts, technical) for smooth project execution.

Conduct market research to identify competitors, trends, and business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or reports.

Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management after sales.

Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on business progress.

Work on customer retention and repeat business development.
