In this role, you will drive production efficiency, champion workshop safety, and mentor a talented team of operators. What You Will Do
· Lead Operations: Oversee daily assembly workflows to meet production targets.
· Maximize Efficiency: Monitor machinery performance and minimize operational downtime.
· Ensure High Quality: Enforce strict quality control standards to eliminate product defects.
· Champion Safety: Maintain a zero-incident environment by enforcing safety protocols.
· Develop the Team: Train, schedule, and evaluate shift operators for peak performance.
· Track Performance: Generate accurate shift logs and report key KPIs to management.
What We Look For
· Experience: 2+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Leadership: Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills under pressure.
· Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts or overtime as required.
· Language Must : Hindi & Malayalam
