Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle qualified inbound & outbound leads (UK, Europe, Australia, etc.)
- Conduct high-conversion counselling sessions (call + in-person + video)
- Guide students on course, university & country selection
- Drive application, documentation & admission process
- Build trust with students + parents and close decisively
- Coordinate with visa & documentation teams for faster closures
- What We’re Looking ForProven track record in study abroad conversions
- Strong understanding of UK /Europe / Australia admission process
- Ability to handle objections & close high-ticket decisions
- Experience working with parents (critical for Kerala market)
- High ownership mindset no dependency culture
- Fluent in English + Malayalam/Hindi (based on region)
