Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects move from planning to execution with efficiency and precision. This role requires someone who can coordinate people, materials, timelines, and site activities while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout every stage of the project.

The ideal candidate will serve as the operational anchor of the project, turning schedules into action, resolving on-site challenges before they become delays, and maintaining a seamless flow between planning, manpower, materials, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise activities across multiple project locations and travel to different sites as required for project execution.
• Lead field teams and create a structured workflow that keeps site operations efficient and uninterrupted.
• Direct daily site movement and ensure manpower, materials, and work sequences align with project timelines.
• Maintain real-time site records including workforce attendance, work progress updates, material usage, and activity reports.
• Maintain inventory records and oversee stock control to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Recognize project challenges or delays, and assist with implementing solutions.
• Maintain site safety practices and operational discipline across all work areas.
• Build strong communication between field teams and management to ensure faster decision-making and smoother execution.
• Ensure projects are carried out according to company standards and requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, field coordination, or project execution preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to different site locations as per project and business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
