Role Overview

Technician Trainee, you will embark on a hands-on journey to become a certified expert in two-wheeler mechanics. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about engines, technology, and the automotive industry. Under the mentorship of our senior technicians, you will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of motorcycles and scooters, ensuring our customers’ rides are safe and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Shadowing & Assistance:

• Observe and assist senior technicians in complex engine overhauls and electrical system repairs.
• Learn the proper use of specialized pneumatic tools, diagnostic scanners, and hand tools.
• Routine Maintenance:

• Perform basic periodic services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and chain cleaning/lubrication.
• Conduct brake inspections, tire pressure checks, and battery health assessments.
• Assembly & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):

• Assist in unboxing and assembling new vehicles arriving from the factory.
• Learn to perform the final PDI checklist to ensure new bikes meet safety standards before customer handover.
• Workshop Logistics:

• Maintain a clean and organized work bay.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools used during daily tasks.
• Document service actions and parts used in the job card system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of two-stroke and four-stroke internal combustion engines.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle heavy machinery/bikes.
• Attitude: A strong desire to learn, a high level of discipline, and a "safety-first" mindset.
• License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
