Business Development Executive

Industry: Power Infrastructure | Data Center Solutions | Electrical & Mechanical Systems

About the OpportunityWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and opening doors with new clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B hunting — identifying companies, reaching decision-makers, and creating new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our international sales team, introducing power infrastructure and data center solutions to companies in sectors such as hospitality, commercial real estate, IT infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

If you enjoy cold calling, building connections, and creating opportunities from scratch, this role is for you.


Your Mission Identify and engage new potential clients across multiple industries

Reach decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach

Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for the sales team

Open doors for discussions with consultants, contractors, and project owners

  • Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business HuntingResearch and identify target companies and decision-makers
  • Build prospect lists across hospitality groups, developers, IT companies, hospitals, and industrial facilities
  • Initiate cold outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and messaging
  • Lead QualificationIdentify companies planning new projects or infrastructure upgrades
  • Understand potential needs for power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
  • Meeting & Opportunity CreationSchedule meetings between prospects and technical sales engineers
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
  • Market IntelligenceIdentify opportunities where our solutions can be introduced early in the project stage
  • Activity TrackingMaintain CRM or internal records of outreach, leads, and conversations


Who We Are Looking ForWe want hunters, not order-takers.


Ideal candidates will have:

✔ 1–4 years experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales

✔ Confidence in cold calling and approaching new prospects

✔ Strong communication and persuasion ability

✔ Curiosity to research companies and identify opportunities

✔ A target-driven mindset


EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields.


Language Requirements

✔ English – Required

✔ Malayalam – Required

✔ Hindi – Preferred


Bonus Points If You HaveExperience working with industries such as:

  • MEP / Electrical / Mechanical products
  • B2B sales, appointment setting
  • Power backup or electrical infrastructure
