Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally Prime, have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records in Tally Prime.
• Handle day-to-day entries for payments, receipts, sales, and purchases.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B).
• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, timely deposit, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and perform regular follow-ups.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
