Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers for pending payment recovery.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and EMI payments.
Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.
Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate payment timelines.
Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Coordinate with the field collection team when required.
