Area Sales Officer

  Job Description

·        Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata Structura from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of the same

·        Visit dealer locations as per Daily Visit Plans (DVP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers

·        Ensure dealer development and motivation towards Tata Structura sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned

·        Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non-performing dealers

·        Build consumer/ influencer connections as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers.

·        Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform the superior 

·        Drive the exclusivity of dealers as applicable

·        Maintain regular coordination with the In-charge – MIS to ensure on-time order fulfilment

·        Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfilment periodically

·        Submit all required reports / MIS / competitor profiles on time.

Sales Promotion:

·        Implement all meets PPA / schemes & initiatives for dealers influencers & consumers as per plans

·        Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives at the dealer outlet

Self-Development:

·        Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions

·        Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working 

Initiatives:

·        Support in the implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes

·        Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
